We generally have high order volumes and our drivers are out delivering all day until approximately 4pm, please be mindful of this if you have placed an order. Please provide the recipient's number where possible, so we can contact them, if there is no answer, or no secure place to leave the order. If the recipient is not in, it may be necessary to leave the flowers with a neighbour, but will post a calling card to say where the flowers have been left.
We regret from time to time we have to close our website due to large order volumes, so we can fulfil orders already received, especially during peak periods.
Where possible include a contact telephone number for the recipient, any order received showing an incorrect address will be brought back to the shop and may incur an additional delivery charge. We do not guarantee any delivery times, especially at peak times. All our funeral orders take priority, however you may specify whether you would prefer morning or afternoon delivery and we will do our best to honour that. If the address is a workplace, please state time recipient works until.

Where possible we need the name of the funeral directors and time of the funeral arrangements - any tribute to be sent direct to a crematorium or cemetery are at your own risk.
Many of our local hospitals DO NOT allow flowers to patients on the wards, this includes Queen's Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital, please check with them directly before you place your order.
We are not allowed to deliver direct to a room - the flowers will be given to Reception staff who notify the recipient of the delivery. A telephone number is required for the recipient.
1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your email receipt.
2. Your payment card - we cannot release your purchase without seeing your payment card. If you've paid by PayPal, then please bring a photo ID, which must be your passport or photo driving licence.If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence.)
We offer you a personal promise of satisfaction and should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase we will happily refund/exchange, goods must be returned and/or notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic proof if the flowers are not returned.
